1. Services Provided
We offer professional wedding photography, engagement photography, pre-shoots, homecoming photography, and event photography. Our services include booking, photography sessions, editing, and digital/printed delivery of images.
2. Booking & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date.
Cancellations made within [X] days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional charges.
3. Copyright & Usage Rights

All images captured by Pubudu Ariyarathna Photography remain our property and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Clients receive personal usage rights to print and share their images but may not sell or commercially distribute them without permission.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details and cooperate during the photoshoot.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the client, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Image Editing & Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered within [2-4 weeks] after the event.

Requests for additional edits beyond standard retouching may incur extra charges.
6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution, Pubudu Ariyarathna Photography is not liable for accidental loss of images due to technical failures, theft, or natural disasters.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from attending the event, we will arrange a replacement photographer or offer a full refund.
7. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date.

Full refunds will only be provided if we cancel the booking due to an emergency.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell client data.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
